Heritage Candles Fundraising
Welcome to Heritage Candles Fundraising, where any group large or
small can maximize its profits with premium quality candles that
build repeat business. Below you will find some general information about our candles and the opportunities for reaching your fundraising goals.
Candles
- Candles come in a 12oz. glass canning jar with a lid.
- Each candle is individually boxed for protection and appeal.
- 18 varieties of scent and color are available. Scent is mixed throughout the wax, not just down the wick.
- Burn time is approximately 60 hours or more.
Sales
- Set beginning and ending date for fundraiser.
- Order forms will be delivered a week in advance of sales.
- Students/members take orders on individual order forms and collect money payable to your school or group at the time the order is made.
- Add up the total number of candles ordered by scent, and record on a single order form.
- A delivery date will be set. Payment for candles is usually made prior to delivery.
- Candles are delivered to your location in cases of 12. You will be required to sort the candles into individual orders for delivery. It is recommended that parents assist students in the safe delivery of candles to their purchasers.
Goal Setting
- Most schools/groups set goals, for example: 5 cases (of 12 each) per
class, or 5-15 candles per student/member.
- Our organization does not offer prizes; however, some of our
distributors offer excellent prize programs
