Our Candles
Do your candle wicks contain lead?
No, we use only zinc core wicks in our candles, which are the industry standard safe wicks.
How long do your candles burn?
Each of our 16 oz. candles will burn for approximately 75 hours.
How do I keep my candle from smoking?
If your candle is smoking, the wick is too long. Simply extinguish your candle, trim the wick to 1/4 inch or less, and re-light it.
How long will a Heritage Candle keep its scent?
We only use high quality fragrances that are blended throughout the wax so that our candles are highly fragrant until the very bottom. We never top load the fragrance.
Ordering, Payments and Shipping
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept money orders and personal or business checks. All retail orders shipped within the State of Georgia will be charged 7% sales tax.
How can I order by postal mail or fax?
To order by mail or fax, please print our easy order form and return by mail or fax. We will process your order upon receipt of your order form and payment.

Is shopping on your website safe?
At Heritage Candles, we take the security of your private information very seriously. We use the latest encryption methods to ensure that your personal information and credit card data are safe all the way from your computer to our office. You will see this security take effect as soon as you go to the secure checkout area of our online store.
Do you release my information to third parties?
Heritage Candles does not release any customer information to third parties, either electronically or via any other means. From time to time we may send mailings about new products or specials. You can be assured that any time we use your personal information to contact you that the products will come directly from Heritage Candles and never from a third party. If you prefer not to receive these mailings, please let us know.
How long will it take me to receive my order within the continental USA?
All items are shipped via UPS Ground Service. The average delivery time is 2-7 business days. Please note that UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes; please use your street address.
