- Go to our Brochure page to order our free brochure. We will mail a brochure which can be used for mail or fax orders.

- Make a note of the items you wish to purchase from our website or order our free brochure. Then have your credit card ready and call our local or toll-free number. Customer service and phone orders are available 9am - 5pm EST, Monday - Friday.

- All items are shipped via UPS Ground Service. The average delivery time is 3-7 business days. UPS cannot ship to P. O Boxes, please use your street address. Faster service is available via UPS Air at an additional cost. Please call or email for additional charges.

- Shipping, Outside of the Continental USA

- Costs to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and foreign countries are higher. There may be additional handling charges such as special packaging charges or customs charges which will apply to your order. You will be notified of total shipping charges via email prior to shipping for your approval.

- Inspect all items when received for damage. Heritage Candles is not responsible for damages. Any damage to shipped items should be reported to UPS at the time of delivery. Any damaged items are the sole responsibility of UPS. If damage is internal please call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to file a damage claim. If not reported there can be no claim of shipping damage.
